I enjoyed this unit. It was interesting to learn the Learning and developmental theories and i infer that the Montessori schools are based on Constructists approach since one of the names associated with it is Montessori. It was also interesting to learn the methodology for the different groups of young learners. This unit was good at explaining the différences between the two age groups and the likes and dislikes so we can structure the classes differently. As i have a 2year old daughter who is Learning both english and french it was interesting to see how children aquire languages and how i can help her learn.
