This unit focuses on both the teacher's role and the teacher's responsibilities within the classroom setting. It gives both good and bad examples of appropriate teacher talk time and student talk time. This unit also gives a perspective on student diciplinary matters such as what can cause students to be more comfortable and responsive as well as some of the personal issues a student may have that will cause that student to act out and be disruptive. This unit addresses what is appropriate and not appropriate to correct dicipline issues within the bounds of the instutute's own rules and regulations.
