This video Unit presented the same lesson covering modal auxiliary verbs twice. I learned the importance of starting the class with good energy and allowing the students to build up confidence before getting into the lesson objectives. I was also very interested in how he presented the teaching point through examples in a step-by-step process rather than just explaining it all to them at once. My main takeaway from these lessons was the importance of using examples and suggestion to get across meanings and usages rather than verbal explanation.
