First half of the unit helps me to examine the various qualities of a good teacher and possible role we employ in a lesson. But more importantly a good teacher cares even more about the learning of the students. Second half of the unit helps me to examine the learners in my care. The overview helps in future reflection of the pre-requisite necessary for fostering good learner in the classroom.
