In this unit we were asked to watch two videos of classes taught by a single teacher and asked questions about the effectiveness of the teacher in each class. While both classes were taught by the same teacher there was a marked difference in the effectiveness and participation of the class taught. The second class was by far more effective. It is clear that the overriding factor was the teachers attitude to the students.
