This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
Lesson planning is important when teaching because it allows the teacher to organize their thoughts. The preparation needed to run a class session smoothly is essential if the teacher wants to give the students the best experience possible. Lesson planning also gives the teachers confidence because they have already prepared what the objective of the class is and how they will accomplish that task. The example lesson plans in the unit were very helpful in understanding how a lesson plan may look.
