Unit 20 focuses on the most common problem situations that teachers can encounter in the classroom and provides possible solutions. What I have found very useful and inspiring was the advice for the first lesson. It might be difficult for the teacher to stand in front of a new class for the first time. It is very important for the teacher to establish rapport with the students and set the tone for the rest of the course. Given examples of classroom activities are very inspiring to me.
