This unit I have found very useful and I have learnt many ideas about troubleshooting. Can emerge many problems in different situation and this unit is about how to deal with these problems. In the first lesson the teacher first gets to know his/her students by having conversation and avoiding the course book. At the beginning of the lesson it's better to use warmers to get the right mood of the students. For the students having different levels of language is to use different materials and to mix stronger students with the weaker ones. Dealing with the large classes the best way is to use worksheets
