This section covered the parts of a sentence and how we divide them up and classify words. This is an interesting section for me, as I am not very proficient in defining parts of speech. It is also interesting to see how when words interact with one another in sentences, they can change classifications. This unit deals with the "Parts of Speech"". It breaks down a sentence into its pieces and explains the meaning of each word in order to build a proper sentence. The unit shows me how to analyze and define each word in a sentence and gave me ideas how to explain it to the students." In this unit I learned more about English grammar and what potential questions my future students may have. Even though it varies from learner to learner, having the knowledge of English grammar wil better equip me to handle questions from beginner to advanced level learners.
