This unit was about the different parts of speech and their functions. The lesson describes in detail the various types of each parts of speech and example of how they are used. I learned more specifically about the building blocks of grammar and what makes up a sentence. What I learned the most from this unit was the details about the parts of speech. The material made it more clear to me what the different pronouns are; such as reflexive, possessive and personal pronouns. I also learned what gerunds are and how you would use them in a sentence.
