This unit was helpful in clarifying the parts of speech, especially the more subtle or difficult ones, that I take for granted as a native English speaker. It will be important to be able to call upon these definitions and explanations as I am teaching in the classroom. The list of irregular verbs and the definitions and explanations of pronouns, prepositions, and conjunctions were particularly useful as these are parts of speech that are less obvious to me.
