This unit covered the many parts of speech in English grammar, through definition, usage, and example. From the simplest, such as nouns, to the more difficult to grasp such as the irregular participles. I believe that I had a fairly good grasp of grammar, but this unit deepened that understanding, and made me realize that there is more for me to learn, if as the previous unit stated, "a good teacher has a good knowledge of the subject.""
