While this unit does cover a lot of material compared to the previous unit, it does provide a comprehensive overview of sentence structure. The unit reviews material which I had not experienced for a long time and made me think more critically about simple sentences I construct without much thought. This unit covered many important grammar points; however, I did not learn much from this unit due to the fact that I took an advanced syntax course about 6 months ago. However, this unit does provide a succinct overview of the topics. This unit was an introduction into basic grammar. I found it a bit overwhelming, as it has been a long time, since I first learned all of the material in this section. However, I am looking forward to studying it more, and expanding my knowledge, so I can have a more in depth understanding of it.
