Grammar has been the most crucial component of English language teaching. Every student fear the rules of grammar. Hence teaching parts of speech is a big task for teachers when it comes to start from the initial level.
Each word in a sentence serves its own purpose for the construction of meaning and sense. These words are classified in different categories what we called Parts of speech.
Nouns are classified into common, proper, compound, abstract and collective; they can be countable and uncountable in plural forms.
Adjectives can be divided into three degrees; adjectives, comparative, superlative.
There are two types of articles; definite and indefinite.
Verbs can be transitive, intransitive and infinitives. There are forms of verb divided into base form, past simple, past participle and present participle. Auxiliary verbs are also the kind.
Adverbs explain manner, place, time, degree, frequency.
Gerunds is the "ing"" form of verb; present participle.
