In this unit, i have learnt about the different parts of speech. This unit contained information on nouns, adjectives, verbs, articles, adverbs, gerunds, pronouns, and prepositions/conjunctions. The unit outlines the four main taypes of nouns: common, proper, compound, abstract,and collective. It goes throuh the plural forms of nouns, and distinguishes between countable and uncountable nouns. Two types of adjectives were distinguished: comparatives and superlatives.
