1) teachers always need to be over prepared with activities, prepared to repeat their instructions on several occasions and never resort to native language. 2) teachers should speak slowly and clearly according to the level whilst maintaining the natural rhythm of the language. 3) I have learnt about many of the complexities of english and have re-capped certain pieces of grammar that I didn't consider that important in school but are vital to helping students build a strong foundation in english. 4) I have learnt to consider the problems and potential solutions necessary in order to teach a class appropriately as different problems may occur depending on each individual class. 5) Enjoying the classes and being involved to a certain degree as the teacher will encourage students and given them confidence. I intend to use all of these things in my classes, making sure I focus in the needs of my students therefore speaking slowly and clearly, not being afraid to re-cap certain things especially when looking at grammar. Finally I intend to enjoy my classes as much as possible and become involved in the activities and the different teaching stages whilst giving the students plenty of space to interact and be creative.
