I must say that with a Bachelor of Science, I am not very familiar with grammar. However during this lesson, I was able to learn the technical details of the sentence structure. And further my understanding of the various components of grammar. I will definitely take this lesson to heart and practice to make it perfect! This units discusses different parts of speech such as: noun, adjective, verb, adverb, pronoun, articles, prepositions and conjunction. The goal of this grammar unit is to recognize and classify these parts of speech. What I have learnt from this chapter is classification of some parts of speech in more detail. I like some often meet exceptions are mentioned. This unit covers the basic parts of speech we find in the structure of a sentence. Each part has a function and a Name. Students will ask about these parts of speech, as teachers we must be prepared to answer questions. I've learned how to understand each part of speech as it functions with a sentence.
