This unit helps me understanding in more depth into basic grammer. I can see clarifications of different parts of speech will help English learners to improve their skills. I am excited to practice following the rules in this unit as it is the core start of the units to follow. This unit refreshed our memories on the various figures of speech we were taught at school as well as provided us with some practical examples to use when teaching students the basics of English grammar. We learnt the basic sentence structure as well as the placement of the various figures of speech within it. This unit explains the definitions and labels of the different pieces of a sentence. Explaining pronouns, adjectives, adverbs, nouns and many other more complex items.
