This unit is an overview of general English grammar. It breaks down the different parts of speech through both explanation and examples. The unit is a helpful grammar for myself, but more importantly it helps me view the process of learning English through a non-native speaker's eyes. There are a lot of rules in English grammar--and a lot of exceptions to these rules--and this unit forced me to start to think about how I would, as a person learning English, try to comprehend these rules.
