This unit talks about different types of speech of the English language. The most common one is noun, it names an object. Nouns have two forms: singular and plural (e.g. fox - foxes). We need to remember where to add -s, -es, or change the word completely (as some nouns do not follow the common pattern when changing their form: mouse - mice). Another part of speech is adjective. They go hand in hand with nouns as they specify the quality of the latter. Adjectives have their comparative and superlative forms, one is used to compare objects, the other - to show that the quality of the object is superb and better than the quality of other objects in the group (scary - scarier - the scariest). Here we need to remember that if the adjective consists of more than two syllables, we have to add "more"" for comparative and ""the most"" for superlative form. In this case
