This unit covered all the different parts of speech in great detail. The unit was very specific and gave several examples of usage for every part of speech mentioned. I learned a great deal while reading through the material presented in this unit. As a native speaker of English, you don't often think of the different types of nouns, pronouns, prepositions an so on, but after reading the material I can now explain why certain words can and cannot be used in a sentence. I now have a better understanding of the basic rules and uses of parts of speech.
