My goal is to teach business english and this Unit provide wonderful insight into that area of tefl. It provided information or instruction about how to and is a "needs analysis"" which is something that will be required to be effective at teaching business employees about conversational english communications. I will use the samples provided in this Unit and maybe expand on them."
