It is interesting to me how similar and yet different UK English is from american English. For example, what you call auxiliary verbs Americans call linking verbs. There were other subtle changes that are not the same. It was a little confusing for me to rename something I had known mt entire life. Not as difficult as learning a new language, but odd. I enjoy the subtle changes in language between English speaking countries. I especially like the word "boot"" instead of ""trunk"" for a car's storage area."
