This unit reviewed methods of teaching a new language to students. The first section reviewed ways of teaching vocabulary and ways to choose which vocabulary to present to the students. The unit also reviewed the recommended ESA teaching approach for presenting new vocabulary. The unit also reviewed how to introduce new grammatical structures. The unit recommended that using an ESA patchwork approach would be best to present a grammar lesson.
