This unit allowed me to understand the reason for the need for lesson plans. It also gave me a guideline as to how to make one. It covered the necessary components and gave room for personal preference. This unit also covered the basic ideas one needs to consider when planning a sequence of lesson plans. It suggests leaving room for change based on needs of class and inexperience of first time teachers. This unit provided a valuable outline for which to teach the material covered in previous units. I am very excited to one day put this information and advice to good use.
