Knowing how to speak a language does not always allow you to be able to teach others how to speak it properly. By gaining a in-depth knowledge of the basics of grammar it allows you to be able to teach the language and explain it more concisely. I feel that I have gained a lot from this section and it was vital to gain a full understanding of this unit to proceed further. Although this unit starts with the basics, there is a lot of vital information in it. Also, I feel that starting with the basics in important as that is the way I may have to teach if my students are at beginners level.
