This unit helped me to see the importance of the parts of speech. I will now be able to teach my students how to analyze and understand sentences. Additionally, it will also help my students to build better sentences. After I have learnt this lesson "Parts of Speech"" I realize how important is knowing the parts of speech to be a good english teacher. They show me how the words relate to each other.for example : My older brother lives in Tokyo. So Unit 2 was absolutely fantastic in nature as this section has clarified so many areas of the English language. I found it a little difficult at first due to years of bad habits with my usage of grammar, but I found myself adapting quite nicely.
