TEFL Anshan

I've gained a lot of confidence from this course. Even though I have not actually 'taught' at all during it, I have such a more in-deapth and comprehensive understanding of what it means to teach, and teach well. This alone gives me much more confidence to take with me into a classroom when I do start teaching. I have also learned how to plan a lesson. I know how to fill out a lesson plan, what to include, different phases to alternate, ideas for activities, games, pronunciation, grammar, all sorts of things! I have learned so much from this class. I didn't really know how much I needed it until I started taking it. I plan to put into action all that I have learned, as much as possible. To do this I will take my tefl materials with me to South Korea, and reference them while there. I have soaked up so much material but I know there are still things I won't remember by heart, so I have the worksheets downloaded to my computer so I can reference them any time I need to. I will plan lessons intentionally with the information I have learned here, incorporating specific methodology, organization and content strategies presented by tefl.
