This unit taught me a lot on managing classes and individuals. I feel like it is most important to inspire confidence in the student so they will get the most out of the class. I found that good eye contact and gestures are a great way to keep control of the class. Eye contact is a huge deal in any communication. Especially in a class room to show understanding
