In this unit I have learned more about how to arrange a class according to the class size and needs. I have also learned that it is important to make all students feel that they are part of the class and are receiving adequate attention. This unit has also explained the pro's and con's of certain class groupings as well as individual work. I have learned a bit more on student disciplinary and what is the best actions to take.
