I found the most helpful part of this unit to be the overview of advantages and disadvantages of teaching adults in group or individual settings. I hadn't considered that the advantage to working in-house would be that students are paid and generally able to spend an equal amount of time in class and proceed at the same pace. This unit also covered some original language learning theories and the ESA method.
