Understanding and identifying how the different types of lesson plans work for each class will enable me to produce more effective lessons with my students. I learnt that the use of visual aids in the classroom helps learners to grasp concepts better and obtain a clearer understanding of the topic at hand. Getting to know the learners is also helpful in eliciting participation in the classroom. Active participants usually engage in more effective learning and help others around them gain a deeper knowledge of various topics.
