This chapter was definitely a lot to absorb. I feel that it was a little overwhelming and not all of it is introductory. I'm just wondering how I'm going to put this all into practice in a class. I remember some of it from childhood...but now that I'm going to be teaching it, I feel overwhelmed on what exactly to start with. These examples are using different verb tenses and that would be confusing as a teacher. I just have to remember to go slow - it's definitely a lot of technicalities that are difficult to comprehend initially.
