In this unit I learned basic grammar and the correct uses of the different aspects of a sentence. Even though I have spoken English my entire life and learned about nouns, verbs, prepositions, etc. in elementary school, I felt it was beneficial to relearn them and their definitions. This, I felt, was especially important to know Before trying to teach the complexity of the English language to non-english speakers. It is a very frustrating language and it is important that the person teaching it have a firm grasp on the basic rules of grammar.
