As an advanced student of Russian, I've spent a good amount of time learning about grammatical concepts. What was most interesting to me about this lesson was the amount of irregular, but commonly used verb forms in English. In Russian it is quite the opposite--there are only four completely irregular verbs in the entire language. It was also helpful to read a breakdown of the differences between types of articles. As a native English speaker, it is certainly just an automatic thing to know.
