This unit is about the parts of speech for the English language. We reviewed the basic details of nouns, verbs, pronouns, articles, adjectives, adverbs, conjunctions, gerunds, and prepositions. Many of these details covered in this lesson were familiar to me although it seems that i had forgotten many of the finer details. I do not remember learning the information given about articles and their function and typification as given in the lesson and so the clarification as to their purpose in the language will definitely come in handy. I was also surprised as to haw many different kinds of verbs there were. I did remember learning about them all but had not studied them close enough together to form a clear picture as to their far reaching role in my own spoken language.
