I've learned the complexity of the English language through this unit. Things I would normally not really think about and naturally use, even simple things such as gerunds or articles, became more complex than I've expected. I now understand how hard the English language could be for non-native speakers to learn, and being in their shoes for a small moment has and definitely will help me as a teacher.
