As a native English speaker I have not thought much about why I know the correct order of adjective in a sentence so I appreciated learning that there was a way to explain how to order multiple adjectives into a sentence: size, age, color, and material noun. This Unit was a great quick review of the parts of speech. Grammar is essential in order to properly become fluent in a language. It might seem daunting at times, but breaking down the structure of each sentence and understanding what each part of the phrase means makes is easier to understand. Understanding the structure of sentences can make learning a language exciting. This unit gives an overview of the parts of speech, which for me was very useful since I am more than 20 years out of college and it is like starting from scratch again. Nevertheless, in order to get a better understanding you need to consult other grammars as well and get some practice. (exercices)
