I have learned what the different parts of speech are termed. I specifically now know what each word functions as within a sentence. I can determine if a particular word is not used properly by understanding basic sentence structure. I have learned the difference between such as pronouns and nouns. That a noun names a people, animals, places, things, qualities and states. Two types of articles in English;Definite (the)and Indefinite (a and an). And that a transitive verb that is followed directly by an object. These are some of the subjects I retained from unit two. Unit two, `Parts of Speech` it is one of the best grammar presentations that I have ever seen. Everything is really nice explained. This lesson helped me to understand and learn a couple of grammar constructs that I wasn`t sure about it. I am really satisfied with this two lessons that I have passed until now.
