In this unit I've learned the usage of nouns and the main types of nouns, I also learned the difference between comparative and superlative adjectives, And I was able to determine definite and indefinite articles,And I learned all kinds of verbs from "Transitive"" to ""infinitives" The second unit gives us an overview of the basic sentence structure. It is focused on classification and recognition of parts of speech (i.e. nouns, adjectives, verbs, etc.). According to me it is well structured and logically organized. I have learnt something new about adverbs and pronouns. This unit has identified the grammatical principals required for use in teaching English, sequencing and a further breakdown of main grammatical principals has been most helpful. As repositions and conjunctions are the most difficult grammatical points for both students and teachers alike, this is an area of which I will look into more deeply and familiarise myself with.
