Nouns- People, animal, place, things, qualities and states. Different types of nouns include 'Common' (no capital letter), 'Proper' (Capital), 'Compound' (two nouns joined to make a new noun), 'Abstract' (experience) and 'Collective' (group).
Countable nouns can be counted while uncountable nouns can not.
