The content of the unit was basic english grammar with a breakdown of the different types of the basic constructs of grammar (nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs) alongside slightly more advanced concepts (pronouns, prepositions, gerunds). I personally learnt the exact definition of a preposition and what a gerund was in context. Unit 2 Parts of Speech.
A revision of the basic building blocks of English. The unti set out in detail the basic components of English and gave a detailed explanation with many examples of each. Unit was very helpful in that much of this was ingrained but explanations and examples were long forgotten The unit was about the parts of speech. It focused on the basics of the grammar principles that any student should know
