In unit two I was introduced to many different grammar points including adjective, verbs, adverbs, nouns, and a number of others. This unit outlined the basic rules of all of these grammar points as well as the way to use the words associated within these grammar points.
Throughout the unit there were also a number of teaching tips for some of the more difficult grammar points. Overall, I feel better prepared to instruct students on these grammar points now that I have a more technical grasp of their concepts. As a native English speaker I use correct grammar without even thinking about it. However, grammar cannot be taught unless you understand the concept behind how it it used.
