This section explained the basics of parts of speech. The unit discussed the role of nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, and conjunctions. I learned parts of English grammar that I had not considered Before, such as adjective order and the difference between transitive and intransitive verbs. I learned parts of English grammar that I had not considered before, such as adjective order and the difference between transitive and intransitive verbs and the difference between countable and uncountable nouns. Although I knew a lot of this before, it was a very helpful review of basic grammar. I was able to get a clearer understanding of the subtle differences between different types of verbs, nouns, prepositions, articles, etc. I can now look at a sentence and know what the different parts of a sentence.
