This unit discussed the best ways to manage your classroom. I learned that by using specific seating arrangements (depending on your classroom size and type of lesson) it's easier to manage students. Changing or reseting the seating arrangements can also help with discipline problems. The importance of the use of eye contact and hand gestures was also covered.
