This chapter has admittedly been rather a large challenge and has forced me to study and think about things that firstly I always took for granted and secondly that I have never actually studied before. In my opinion to be able to confidently teach the Phonemic alphabet will require considerable further study. It is my contention that even at the conclusion of this unit my knowledge is still rudimentary
