In this lesson I learned a lot about how to manage and prepare for an effective class. It gave many strategies on classroom management a discipline. It helped me to see that often the discipline problems in class are really a result of poor planning. If the teacher doesn’t prepare the activities or lesson well it will be hard for the student to pay attention so they will lose focus or stop behaving. So planning quality activities and how to arrange the class seating can keep the students engaged.
