It is pretty challenging to manage the students in the classroom. This lesson point out one crucial and important point. The teachers should inspire confidence in the students. I really agree on this statement and I personally experienced how students can do much better as they were inspired by teacher's praises and comments. It was good to learn the pros and cons as we do different group size activities.
