This unit outlined some ideas for different types of classes and how to handle them. The information presented was quite similar to things that had already been stated in previous modules about how to teach and manage a class but it went into greater detail. business english seems like the most difficult because the specificity of the focus might mean some students are less likely to feel it is useful to learn things outside that focus
