As I have a higher education in translating and interpreting but not in teaching I gained all my knowledge through extensive teaching experience and it was in a chaotic condition. This course has helped me structuralize my knowledge and work out a system. I have learnt to build up lesson plans, to pay more attention to making lessons well-balanced, varied and fun, to cope successfully with behavior problems. I have got to know a great deal of interesting engaging activities. I will definitely use the ESA method in my further teaching practice.
